Meet Jennifer

With 15 years in corporate real estate—shattering glass ceilings as the only female executive in her firm—Jennifer brings powerful leadership, sharp negotiation skills, and seamless project execution to every celebration she designs. But Fabuluxe is more than a career pivot—it’s a passion project that marries her love for creativity, order, and heartfelt storytelling.
Her background in English Literature infuses each event with imagination and narrative depth, while her business acumen ensures your wedding stays impeccably on schedule and on budget. From luxury weddings to nonprofit galas and milestone events, Jennifer blends structure with soul—producing experiences that are as polished as they are personal.
Off-duty, you’ll find her devouring a romance novel, cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, or exploring a new passport stamp—usually with her son by her side and her husband (also a bridal fashion aficionado) cheering her on. Jennifer also lends her heart and time to causes close to home, including Easter Seals, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the Center for Child Counseling. She currently serves as President of WIPA Southeast Florida, where she continues to raise the standard in the event industry.
Mandi Sewell - Senior Event Officer (SEO)
Mandi joined Fabuluxe Events in 2009 and has been with the company since the beginning. She and Jennifer met when Mandi was still in high school. During the past 10 years, Mandi has worked on over 150 weddings. She is the second lead planner with Fabuluxe Events and brings her creativity to each wedding. In February 2011, Mandi was elected to the Board of AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention) of Southeast Florida. Mandi has an Associates Degree from Palm Beach State College. She recently celebrated her sons, 1st birthday and loves all things Disney Princesses!
When Mandi isn't planning fabulous events, you can find her at the gym. In 2013 she decided to pursue her other love...health and fitness. She is a certified Personal Trainer and certified Travel Agent.
Lara Williams - Assistant Event Planner
Lara graduated from Catawaba College (2015) in Salisbury, North Carolina with a degree in Musical Theater. She loves to work with the team and the clients as we create unforgettable experiences. When she isn't working on Fabuluxe Weddings you can find in her local theater productions. She has been in Little Shop of Horrors, Rock of Ages, Evita and teaching theater to children in the community!
Kenia Nodarse - Event Assistant
Kenia joined the team during 2021 and has become a huge asset to the company. She graduated from G-Star High School of the Arts. In her free time she likes to practice her craft as a digital media creator and shoot content as industry events. She enjoys being able to assist in making the happiest day of a couple's lives a reality and making sure things run smoothly.
