After 15 years in corporate real estate, shattering glass ceilings as the only female executive in the firm, I learned how to lead with confidence, negotiate like a pro, and keep even the biggest projects running seamlessly. Those same skills now shape the way I plan weddings, from managing the smallest details to keeping timelines on track and even navigating tricky family dynamics with calm and care.
With a background in English Literature, I’ve always been passionate about stories, especially love stories. I believe a wedding should capture more than just a day, it should reflect personality, meaning, and the little details that make your journey unique. My business expertise ensures every event stays polished and on track, while my creative side brings in warmth, beauty, and heart.
When I’m not in planner mode, you’ll probably find me lost in a romance novel, cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, or collecting passport stamps with my son, while my husband (a bridal fashion enthusiast in his own right) cheers us on. Giving back also matters to me, which is why I support causes like Easter Seals, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the Center for Child Counseling. I’m proud to serve as President of WIPA Southeast Florida, where I work alongside other pros to raise the standard in our industry.

Over the years, friends, clients, and even vendors have gifted her Diet Coke memorabilia, turning her love for the bubbly into something of a trademark. Consider it the unofficial fuel behind every Fabuluxe celebration.

MANDI SEWELL

Fairy Tales, Fitness, and Fabulous Weddings
Mandi joined Fabuluxe Events in 2009 and has been with the company since the beginning. She and Jennifer met when Mandi was still in high school. During the past 15 years, Mandi has worked on over 200 weddings. She is the second lead planner with Fabuluxe Events and brings her creativity to each wedding.
Mandi actively supports the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) of Southeast Florida, fundraising in honor of her brother. She also holds an Associate’s Degree from Palm Beach State College.
When Mandi isn't planning fabulous events, you can find her at the gym. In 2013 she decided to pursue her other love...health and fitness. She is a certified Personal Trainer and certified Travel Agent and loves all things Disney Princesses!.

Directing Love Stories and Curtain Calls
Lara graduated from Catawaba College (2015) in Salisbury, North Carolina with a degree in Musical Theater. She loves to work with the team and the clients as we create unforgettable experiences.
When she isn't working on Fabuluxe Weddings you can find in her local theater productions. She has been in Little Shop of Horrors, Rock of Ages, Evita and teaching theater to children in the community!
KENIA NODARSE
EVENT ASSISTANT
Making Timelines Smooth and Memories Cinematic
Kenia joined the team during 2021 and has become a huge asset to the company. She graduated from G-Star High School of the Arts.
In her free time she likes to practice her craft as a digital media creator and shoot content as industry events.
She enjoys being able to assist in making the happiest day of a couple's lives a reality and making sure things run smoothly.
